The Importance of Morning Routines

Having a morning routine is the key to starting the day off right. Every morning, I follow the same routine: I wake up at 7 o’clock, make my bed, brush my teeth, wash my face, and have breakfast. After breakfast, I spend 15 minutes reading a book or reviewing my lessons for the day. This routine helps me stay organized and focused, and it makes the day feel less stressful. It also gives me a sense of control—knowing what to do next helps me avoid feeling rushed or overwhelmed. A good morning routine isn’t about being perfect; it’s about creating habits that make you feel calm, ready, and positive. Over time, this small daily routine has made a big difference in my productivity and mental health.
