My Experience of Learning to Code with Python

Learning to code with Python has been an exciting and empowering journey this year. I started with online tutorials, learning basic concepts like variables, loops, and functions. At first, I struggled to understand the logic, but I practiced every day, working on small projects like a calculator and a number-guessing game. Gradually, I gained confidence and started to enjoy the problem-solving aspect of coding. This semester, I joined the school's coding club, where we're working on a group project to create an app that helps students track their homework and study schedules. Learning to code has taught me logical thinking and problem-solving skills that are useful in all areas of life. It also opens up exciting possibilities for future careers in technology. I'm excited to continue learning and see where this journey takes me, as I hope to use coding to create solutions for real-world problems.

A Visit to the Local Art Museum

Last weekend, my family and I visited the local art museum, which showcased works by local and international artists. We saw paintings, sculptures, and photographs from different periods and styles. My favorite exhibit was a collection of impressionist paintings that captured the beauty of nature with vibrant colors and soft brushstrokes. We also saw a modern art installation made from recycled materials, which made me think about environmental protection. A guide explained the stories behind some of the artworks, helping us understand the artists' intentions and emotions. My School's International Food Festival

Last week, our school held an international food festival to celebrate cultural diversity. Students from different backgrounds prepared traditional dishes from their home countries to share. I helped make Chinese dumplings with my classmates, carefully folding the wrappers around savory fillings. Other booths featured Japanese sushi, Mexican tacos, Indian curry, and Italian pasta. We also had performances of traditional dances and music from around the world. This festival was a wonderful opportunity to taste new foods and learn about different cultures. I tried kimchi for the first time and discovered that I love it! The food festival brought our school community together in celebration of our differences and shared humanity.
